Connecting your vision with results. An Agile process provides multiple opportunities for stakeholder and team engagement before, during, and after each Sprint.
We start by documenting your full project requirements. Next we establish a roadmap with a timeline, deliverables, and an outline of features.
Our team moves quickly toward the release of a minimum viable product (MVP), which they iterate over until your entire feature set is realized. Throughout this process, your Definity First team conducts regular scrums and production sprints in collaboration with your local US team.
With each sprint, your Definity First engineers add new features and test recently completed features until your final product is ready for release.
Agile is all about flexible and efficient product delivery. It includes regular meetings, called scrums, which include your development team, a scrum master, and a product owner.
After the product owner divides up the full set of requirements into individual tasks for the developers, regular scrum meetings ensure steady progress toward your product’s release. These meetings typically include the development team’s updates to the scrum master, a kind of “coach” who’s constantly on the lookout for ways to increase productivity.
Using agile, our team adapts to your needs. What if during production, you need to change the feature set? No problem! Agile is designed to dynamically accommodate changes to the requirements.
Available during the same business hours, our team includes front- and backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA, service delivery leaders, scrum masters, strategists and product owners.
In every case, they adapt to your stack or, if necessary, will suggest frameworks and languages that fit your project’s needs.
Our team is as active and responsive as your team in the US. Each of our developers is available throughout the day via Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Slack, and/or email.
They receive alerts and monitor notifications from project management platforms, document sharing portals, GitHub, and more. Just like your American team members, they will actively follow up on any production items they have questions about, and will not rest until your project is complete.
Following the initial release, our team will remain available for any necessary maintenance or production updates.
